St. Luke School welcomes applications for children in Preschool (3 & 4 Year) through Eighth Grade regardless of race, religion, color, or ethnic origin.

School Auditorium: Keynote at 2:00 pm followed by two breakout sessions - Preschool/Kindergarten Event: Tuesday, January 14th 5:30 - 7:00 pm.
School Auditorium: Keynote at 5:30 pm followed by breakout session - All School Open House: Sunday, January 26th from 10 am - Noon.

APPLY
Below is an outline of the requirements to complete our application process. Please note that some items only pertain to certain grades.
- Application: Fill out the online application which includes a non-refundable $100 application fee. (To access the online application, you will be asked to create an account on our Admissions Platform. For instructions on creating an account; visit the Finalsite Parent Portal Help Center.)
- Upload Report Cards: (Incoming 1st - 8th grade only) Your student's most recent AND prior year report cards must be uploaded to the application portal for your application to be complete.
- Upload Standardized Testing: (Incoming 1st - 8th grade) Your student's most recent standardized testing should also be uploaded to the application portal where available. (Examples such as "Smarter Balanced", MAPs, i-Ready)
- Upload Diagnostic or Psychological Evaluation Results, if applicable.
- Teacher Recommendation: In the application portal, we have an electronic form to send directly to a current teacher that knows your student well. To send this form, the information required will be teacher name and teacher email address. Once the form is completed, it will come directly back to the Admissions Director in electronic format.

Age Eligibility
3 and 4 Year Preschool: Children applying to our 3 year preschool program must be potty trained and 3-years-old by August 30th to apply. Applicants to the 4 year program must be potty trained and 4 years old by August 30th.
Kindergarten: Children must be five years old on or before August 30th to apply to Kindergarten. Students who are accepted/enrolled will take part in an assessment in the spring to help with classroom placement.
Enrollment Priority
- Current families with siblings already in the school
- Parish families without siblings in the school
- Out-of-parish Catholic families
- Non-Catholic families
All applicants are reviewed by the school Admissions Team.
VISIT WITH PRINCIPAL
Prospective families are required to meet with Principal Rick Boyle to review your student(s) application, answer additional questions, and learn more about your student(s). This meeting will be coordinated by the Admissions Director and can be scheduled in person or virtually. Typical meeting length is 20-25 minutes at a mutually agreeable time frame.
SHADOW DAY
Students applying for grades 2nd and above complete a shadow day as the final step in our admissions process. Students are assigned a buddy for the day in the classroom of their current grade (not applying grade).
Students are asked to complete an assessment as part of their shadow day, which includes a math sheet and a writing sample (writing prompts will be provided). Assessments are used to learn more about a student's learning profile in addition to their report cards and standardized test scores.
RETURNING FAMILIES
Please Note: New student applications for existing families should be submitted by January 2025 along with the $100 application fee. Applications not meeting the deadline will be considered after on-time applications have been processed.
Continuous Enrollment Policy
St. Luke School operates on a continuous admissions cycle, reducing the amount of paperwork in the enrollment process each year.
Students are automatically re-enrolled for the following school year unless they notify the school otherwise. If students are not returning, families must "opt out" by January 15th, 2025.
Parents of returning students receive a personalized link via email with instructions on how to confirm re-enrollment online via the parent portal.
Contracts are signed digitally and includes an annual Re-registration Fee of $250, due at contract signing. Reminders are provided in weekly communications. Notice of families not returning for the following school year after the January 15, 2025 date are responsible for the $250 re-registration fee (non-refundable).
