Abner Michael Memorial Fund

The Abner Michael Memorial Fund was created with seed money from the Graduating Class of 2020, of which Abner was a part.  2020 was a unique year for many, including this close-knit class of students who lost a beloved friend to a year-long battle with leukemia.  In order to honor Abner's memory, the graduating class donated the funds they raised in the amount of $3,000, to begin a scholarship fund.

A $1500 merit scholarship per year to be given to an 8th-grade student demonstrating IB attributes as selected by select St Luke staff (possibly some coaches too).  This will be a one-time scholarship to that student to help with their freshman year at a private school.  The hope is to fund this commitment for as long as possible and raise the funds soon to allow that since it will be more challenging to raise them later.
