Daily Schedule
The schedule is called Timetable in Toddle. When logging in to your student's account, Timetable is one of the options seen at the top of the page. Note that this is the regular weekly schedule; which will reflect special events that impact the schedule, such as MAPS testing.
Homework
Teachers assign work through Toddle. All students in grades 6th - 8th have a paper planner, and teachers have committed to leaving time at the end of class for students to write their assignments in that planner. Of course, students can also see assignments in Toddle.
When you log into your student's account, parents can view student assignments in the lower right-hand section of the page. Look for the section called Assignment Deadlines. Below that are three categories, upcoming (not yet due), overdue (the due date has passed), and not yet due. The information you see is specific to that class. On the other side of the screen, you'll see a section called "Submission insights across all classes." This section pulls information from all classes.
Student Work
Newsletters are sent home each week as announcements in Toddle from homeroom teachers. Parents will also receive them via email. At the end of each trimester, parents will be able to view the student's progress report, which includes feedback from all teachers.
In MYP, teachers utilize the Toddle Portfolio to share student work and their reflections on student learning. Watch for the different ways each teacher utilizes the Portfolio.
Class Resources
These would include links for accessing resources such as online textbooks, important websites, and specific documents that students will need.
Within each class in Toddle, select the class drive; on the left-hand side of the screen, after Assignments and Class Flow. The classroom resources will be stored in that drive.
