Preschool Aftercare

3 and 4 Year Program

The Preschool Aftercare Program offers an enriching extension to the daily experience for our preschool students enrolled in both the 3 and 4 year full-day preschool program.  Our program is tailored to provide a seamless blend of care, education, and fun, ensuring a smooth transition from the structured classroom environment to home.

Features: 

• Extended Hours: Our doors are open from school dismissal until 6:00 pm, offering working parents flexibility and peace of mind.
• Holistic Planning: Designed by our early childhood education expert, our program includes thematic storytelling, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and guided discovery sessions that complement the preschool day.
• Indoor and Outdoor Playtime: From cozy reading nooks to our outdoor garden and playgrounds, every space encourages curiosity, movement, and social interaction.
• Small Group Focus: We ensure personalized attention with a low child-to-teacher ratio, fostering strong bonds between teachers and children.

Daily Rythm: 

• Welcome and Wind Down: Children are greeted with warm smiles and a transition activity that shifts the energy from the classroom to the imaginative outdoor play space.
• Snack and Social Time: Children have time to eat snacks while engaging in conversation, reinforcing social skills and manners.  (Snacks are not provided.)
• Creative Play: A time for dress up, dance, games, and thematic exploration that encourages creativity and self-expression.
• Outdoor Adventure: Children are guided to outdoor play areas for exercise, nature exploration, and the development of gross motor skills. Outdoor play happens whether rain or shine!
• Story Time and Relaxation: The day winds down with storytelling, quiet games, or individual reading time, setting a peaceful tone before heading home.
